They always say. Make your most important goals top of the list. Do the things you care about most first. So this chart, seems like a life diagram to me. I want to fill it out, but if you layer, personal, aerobic, family, life, as different sheets, it becomes, a madness rathole.
I want to be this simplified but I cant. When you have goals and you are determined to make it to the next step, can you really author it like a diagram?
This step by step plan (lets say we put days into lists, and check boxes next to each list item.) Is powerful. I can apply this to my life and my work in general to make myself better.
